Orders & Payment

If you want to make an intra-community purchase, please contact us at info@speelberg.com. Provide your company details and your VAT number. We will set up a business account for you.

Within a few minutes after placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the provided email address.
If you haven't received an order confirmation, it is possible that the email address you provided is incorrect. In that case, you can send an email to info@speelberg.com with your order details and the date you placed the order. We will then update the information for you. It is also possible that the order confirmation has ended up in your spam folder, so please check that as well.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your shipment. You can also track the status of your order before shipment by logging into your account. The Track & Trace link will be added to your order in your account. Please note that the email with the Track & Trace code may end up in your spam folder, so please check that as well.

Once you have paid for an order, it is considered final. You can cancel your order until it has entered the shipping process. If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to info@speelberg.com. You will receive a confirmation from us once your order has been canceled. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within a few days.

Step 1: Add product(s) to your shopping cart
Step 2: Review your shopping cart and proceed to checkout
Step 3: Log in during the payment process or provide your contact and shipping information
Step 4: Complete the payment for your order

You will receive updates about your order via email.
