At Speelberg, you can return products within a cooling-off period of 14 days. The cooling-off period starts when you receive the order. You can either return the product within 14 days or notify us about the return.

Return guidelines:

1. Products must be returned or notified within the 14-day cooling-off period, which starts after you receive your order.
2. Products must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.
3. Products must be complete, unused, and undamaged.
4. Sealed products can only be returned if the seal is unbroken.

Some products cannot be returned:

1. Products that are of a personal nature.
2. Products that are specially ordered for you.
3. Products that are customized according to the buyer's specifications.
4. Used products will not be credited.
5. Products that have been cut to size, such as fabrics or rubbers, cannot be returned.
6. Products that the buyer has attempted to repair themselves will not be credited.

Upon receipt of your order, the products become your property. Therefore, we always recommend sending return shipments with insurance. Additionally, always ensure that you have a shipping receipt from the carrier when returning items. This way, in case of loss or damage, you can file a claim with your carrier. After notifying us of your return, we will refund the purchase amount including shipping costs within 14 days of receiving the product. The return shipping costs are at your expense. For refused packages, we will deduct the costs of refusing the package from your credit.
