For products with longer delivery times than our standard delivery time, the product will be marked as "Extended delivery time." There may be various reasons why a product cannot be delivered within the standard delivery time. If you want to order a product with this "Extended delivery time" notification, it is best to contact us to get an estimate of the delivery time. If you have already placed an order for such a product, we will contact you regarding the estimated delivery time.

Once we have received payment, the order will be delivered within 2-9 working days, depending on the destination country. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the country we need to ship to. For a specific estimate, it is best to contact us.

The packages from Speelberg Kamperen are carefully delivered to your home by our logistics partner GLS. You can track the status of your package at any time during shipment using a Track & Trace code. The shipping confirmation email you receive from us will include a package code. With this package code and your postal code, you can visit the GLS website to view and track the shipping status of your package. Additionally, you will receive an email when GLS receives the package from us. This email will contain a direct link to the status page of your package.

The standard shipping costs for shipments within the Netherlands are €5.95.

The standard shipping costs for shipments to Belgium are €8.70.

The standard shipping costs for other European countries are automatically calculated during the checkout process.

If a product cannot be shipped with standard parcel post due to its nature, weight, or dimensions, an increased shipping fee will be applied. This increased shipping fee is automatically calculated and clearly displayed in the shopping cart and at checkout. We will ship the package to you with a Track & Trace code so that you can track the package to your doorstep.
