Complaints
We understand that it can be frustrating if you have a complaint about our products or services. We want to assist you and provide a satisfactory solution.

Our complaint department will review your complaint and strive to resolve it to everyone's satisfaction.
Upon receipt of your complaint, we will send you a confirmation. We aim to respond to your complaint within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will notify you accordingly.
If you do not appreciate this process, you are also welcome to contact the mediation department of the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk, to which we are affiliated.
Since February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to submit complaints through the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform provided by the European Commission. You can find the ODR platform at (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). If the complaint has not been addressed elsewhere, you are free to file a complaint through the platform of the European Union.

Warranty
All products supplied by Speelberg Kamperen are covered by legal warranty. This is the warranty provided by the manufacturer on their products. The warranty terms may vary depending on the type of product. If a product is not functioning properly or if you have a complaint about a product, we would like to hear from you. We will do our utmost to find a satisfactory solution for you.
Please note that the warranty is void if a product has been damaged due to improper use, wear and tear, or mishandling.
Product Assessment
Once we receive the product, we will assess the cause of the defect. It may be necessary for us to forward it to the manufacturer for a more detailed examination. We will keep you informed about the progress of this investigation to avoid any surprises. If your complaint falls within the warranty coverage, the costs of replacing or repairing the item will be covered by us. If your complaint is not covered by the warranty, we will inform you of the costs associated with the repair or replacement. You can then make a decision accordingly.
